What we saw
Nigerian real estate is one of the largest sectors in the economy. Developers move tens of billions of naira in property sales every year. Yet the operational infrastructure most of them use is embarrassingly fragile.
Payment receipts sent over WhatsApp. Commission calculations in Excel sheets — that different people have different versions of. Realtor referral disputes because no one can prove who introduced which buyer. Document templates typed from scratch each time.
We saw a company with 200 active realtors and ₦4B in outstanding installments being managed with a single admin and a spreadsheet. That is the problem Conveya was built to solve.

Our Values
We make complex operations feel simple. A property developer should not need an IT team to run their business on our platform.
Manual bank transfers dominate, real estate values are large, WHT is unavoidable, and realtor networks are MLM-flavoured. We designed for all of that, not around it.
Every commission entry is auditable, every payment is traceable, every document is generated from a snapshot. Nothing is hidden from our customers or theirs.
We are software. Money flows directly between buyers and developers — Conveya never touches it. We keep that line sharp because blurring it would make us something we don't want to be.
Our Story
2023
After speaking to dozens of real estate developers across Lagos, Abuja, and Port Harcourt, a clear pattern emerged: every company ran critical operations through WhatsApp groups, shared spreadsheets, and handwritten ledgers.
2023
The first companies onboarded onto a basic version of the platform. Property listings, payment recording, and simple commission tracking. Rough, but it replaced the spreadsheets.
2024
Multi-level commission structures, referral codes, Paystack integration for online collection, and the full payment approval workflow. The product became a real operating system.
2025
White-labeled customer portals, document generation, analytics, and enterprise-grade audit trails. Now running tens of billions of naira in property transactions.
